Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal service. You will always receive a tracking link so you can follow your order in real time.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard tracked shipping on all orders — no minimum order value required. Express shipping options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package. If you have not received this email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched separately and arrive at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package. This is completely normal — all items will arrive within the estimated delivery window.

Customs & Import Duties

For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply. For orders shipped outside the EU (e.g. United Kingdom), import taxes or customs fees may be charged by your local authority. Grand Hjem is not responsible for any such charges — these are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

While we always aim to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional delays can occur due to:

  • ◆  High demand periods (holidays, sales events)
  • ◆  Customs clearance for non-EU deliveries
  • ◆  Extreme weather or natural events
  • ◆  Carrier disruptions outside our control

If your order has not arrived within 5 business days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@grandhjem.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If the package is still missing, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@grandhjem.com. We can only update addresses before the order has been dispatched. Grand Hjem is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
