Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

STEP 1 Contact us by email

Email us at support@grandhjem.com with your order number and reason for the return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

STEP 2 Receive return instructions

If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return address and full instructions within 1–2 business days.

STEP 3 Ship the item back

Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Keep your shipping receipt until your refund is confirmed.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Send photos to support@grandhjem.com and we will arrange a replacement or full refund — including return shipping — at no cost to you.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • ◆  Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • ◆  Custom or personalised products
  • ◆  Personal care goods with broken hygiene seal
  • ◆  Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • ◆  Gift cards

Please note: there are no final sale items in our store — all regular-priced products are eligible for return within 14 days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us at support@grandhjem.com and we'll guide you through the process.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification — no questions asked.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
